As a mom of a little girl, I spent countless hours shopping for cute bloomer shorts for my daughter to wear under her dresses and skirts. Oh, and I wanted them to be affordable as well. After fruitlessly searching, I thought to myself, “If I can’t find cute under dress shorts, then I need to get them made!” and Sparkle Farms Playground Shorts was born! We have now been business for nearly ten years in sunny San Diego, California!
